SUYEN CORPORATION, through its flagship brand Bench/ ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Bench Lifestyle mobile application (the "Service"). The Service also includes the promotion of BENCH/ allied brands such as ALDO, Call it Spring, Dimensione, JINS, American Eagle, The Face Shop, Mothercare, La Senza, Charles & Keith, Pedro, Kashieca, Human, TYPO, Rubi, Assembly, Cotton On, Bench Skin Expert, Fix Bench, Bench Barbers, Studio Fix, Urban Revivo, 6ixty 8ight, La Vie en Rose, MLB.

You are also free to delete your account including all personal information contained therein by accessing the Delete Account functionality under the Profile screen of the mobile app. Alternatively, you can also send an email to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@benchmail.ph and request for account deletion.

 

By deleting your account, our system will automatically permanently erase all information in our system, unless otherwise provided by law, such as for fraud prevention or investigation. You may also directly liaise with our Data Protection Officer for other concerns regarding your personal data and your rights through the contact information provided below.

 

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page.

 

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
